The auto-complete for users and groups in the web interface (e.g. under Settings > Policies > Download Policies) might not list any users/groups, but at the same time the auto-complete does work fine in other areas of the web interface (e.g. Settings > Policies > Always allowed).
E.g. in AD the following users exist:
UserA
UserB
UserC
You type "User" into the field under Settings > Policies > Download Policies, but the dropdown list does not show any users at all.
Doing the very same in another page the list populates correctly with all 3 users.
This has been observed when using a webfiltering or websecurity license key.Workaround / Fix Details
Write out the username / group manually.Required Actions
