In order to generate this Logs the script “LoggingStart.bat” must be first running from the the following path: “..\WebMonitor\TroubleShooter”
Running “LoggingStart.bat” will begin the logging process, which logs the categorization and Antivirus modules at once.
Then collect logs as usual
escalate the case
