How to Identify

Under certain circumstances client may need or want to hide the IP of the proxy or the fact that they are using a proxy. This feature will be available on version 2014, but a patch is already available

Workaround / Fix Details

A hot fix is available for version 2013

Required Actions

Escalate the case if client is on version 2013 and cannot update for version 2015: -edit the the proxyconfig.xml -set SetProxyHTTPHeaders node to false NOTE: remote access to the GFI WebMonitor console will stop working if that changes is made.
