Overview
This article provides the required steps to stop the Download Control Window from being displayed in GFI WebMonitor.
Process
GFI WebMonitor 2013
- From the GFI WebMonitor Administrative Console, navigate to Policies > Security Policies.
- Open the Default Virus Scanning Policy.
- On each file type, disable the Download Control Window option.
- Click on the Save button to apply the changes.
GFI WebMonitor 2015 and later
- Open the GFI WebMonitor Management Console.
- Go to the Manage drop-down and select Policies.
- Select the AV scanning - download window default policy and click on Edit.
- Under File Types, uncheck the Download Progress Window checkbox.
- Click on the Save button to apply changes.
