Overview
When downloading files through WebMonitor and after installing it for ISA/TMG, users get the following error message when clicking the Save to disk button on the GFI WebMonitor Secure Download screen:
502 Proxy Error. The ISA Server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). (12202)

Root Cause
The traffic sent from the WebMonitor server to the client machines is being blocked by the ISA/TMG firewall.
Resolution
On your ISA/TMG console, go to your Firewall Policy and create a rule to allow Internal to Localhost HTTP and HTTPS traffic.
