Overview
This article describes the process to follow when the user receives the following error message after opening the console:
Server Cannot Handle Directory Requests
Environment
- GFI WebMonitor
- All supported environments
Root Cause
Insufficient permissions on the GFI WebMonitor Core Service.
Process
- Go to Start > Run > Type
services.msc - Scroll down to the GFI WebMonitor Core service.
- Change the logon account to a domain administrator account.
- Restart the service.
