How to submit a false positive for Threat Track?GFI WebMonitor uses a Threat Track database to add an extra level of security when browsing the Internet.
In case that a false positive is detected by the Threat Track engine, the user can submit a request to remove that site from their list using the below URL:

The submissions for corrections are submitted daily for consideration, and after a decision has been made on the request the changes will be implemented in the database.
Please note that the whole process may vary depending on several factors since each submission needs to be individually reviewed, therefore it may take a few days for the change to reflect in the software.
